Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions
Yes. Please follow the directional signage. It is really important we don't have blocked roads, as we need to get the carts from the finish line back to the start line via transport.
Blocked roads will delay racing.
Our official event car park is free to park. You can make cash donations towards our charities if you wish.

There will be Portaloo’s available along the racetrack, as well as toilet facilities at the village hall and at the White Horse Pub.
The White Horse Pub in the village will be open all day and until late into the evening serving drinks and food.
There are also bars and a variety of food outlets positioned in our food court and along the race track.
The village hall will also be open with tea/coffee and cake available to buy.
Most if not all businesses will be set up for contactless payments. However, it maybe worth bringing some cash, just in case.
Safety is our priority.
We have official managed track crossings along the race track, helping spectators to move around the event. Please look out for a Race Marshall and utilise the official crossing point at the right time.
The race track is built with interlocking crowd barriers from the start line to the finish line. There is no reason for anyone to be entering the race track by accident. Small children will be safe also.
It does get very busy, so please be patient.
We have an official race programme on sale for the day. 100% of programme sales will go to our chosen charities.
You can purchase at the Start Line HQ, and at official stalls.
There will be tickets available to purchase for our Grand Raffle. 100% of ticket sales will go to our chosen charities.
There will be a variety of vendors including a selection of kids games.
There will be LIVE music throughout the afternoon and into the evening at The White Horse pub.
Yes. A first responder team will be on-site during the event. If you, or a member of your group have an accident and require support, please make this known to a track side Marshall, and the team will radio through to the appropriate team.
